After being busy again in 2 weeks, finally I found like 30 minutes of time to type up yet another new card review.

This time, as expected, I would continue to look at new cards from the latest set, CRMS. I would shifted from my favorite Spellcaster to a Bommer's card from the 5Ds anime.

And yes...it can bomb you hard.

Art:
Although this card is not a Fusion monster, the special summoning requirement (to be talk in details in the next section) requires the "combination" of the 3 Reactors. It can be seen from the "Dairugger" where each parts of the super-robot comes from: the arms from Summon Reactor, the legs from Trap Reactor, and them forming together with the core of Magic Reactor. Well, not to mention, although not really "art" related (and probably everyone already noticed), but AI+RR+AID = Airraid...

It does reminds me of the millions of super-robot anime I used to watch...if anything.
RATING: 8.1/10

Stats/Requirement:
This card is a level 8 Wind/Machine monster with stats of 3000/2500. First talking about its stats...well, 3000/2500 is not that bad of a stats, considering there are only SO many monster that goes over the 3000 plateau. Level 8 just does not matter much as this card is a nomi monster. Well, of course, being a Machine type monster means food for [Chimeratech Fortress Dragon].

So how this card can be special summoned? The only way is by the effect of [Summon Reactor AI], which requires you to send all 3 Reactors from your field to Graveyard so this card can be special summoned from hand, deck, or Graveyard. The disadvantage in this part is of COURSE this card is a nomi monster, which is slower than your normal monster from the beginning. Also, you must have all 3 of the Reactors on your field. Is it hard? Well, with both Magic and Trap reactors having a semi-self protection effect, plus really, [Summon Reactor AI] is the hardest of all of them to get out...it is NOT easy, but not super bad. In the end, the nice thing about this card is that it can be special summon from anywhere but RFG zone, which can make this card have the advantage to be special summon once you are ready at any of your Main Phases.
RATING: 7.2/10

Effect:
As a nomi monster, the effect of this card have to be at least semi-powerful, right?

Well, this card have 2 different effects, one active and one reactive. Let's talk about the active one, this card have the built-in destruction effect which let you discard a card to destroy anything on opponent's field (once per turn activation). I would not even try to explain the effect here: one thing is that this card can destroy ANY card, and we all know that is a nice thing to have.

So let's look at the reactive effects now. The effect let you either negate a summon/special summon of opponent or destroy a card opponent just set, plus bombing opponent's life in the process. As a nomi-monster, it is always nice to have some sort of self-protection effect. Negating opponent's summon means that opponent cannot bring out mean things in front of your face that can easily destroy this card (i.e. DAD, Judgment Dragoon, to things like DDWL or Ground Mole!). In more broad sense, you just make opponent to be miserable and careful about what to bring out and what not. Slowing down opponent's tempo is the main thing here!

The other negation effect is destroying opponent's set card. This make opponent inability to set monster or Trap cards (or, Trap card strategy becomes half-useless). Of course, with [Magic Sealing Incense], Magic cards can be lock down in the process also.

RATING: 9.0/10

OVERALL - 8.0/10 - Being a nomi-monster that have built in destruction-negation effect, this card should be really good because it can do everything, right? Well, there are 2 negative things about the effect itself: inability to stop Magic, and the once per turn limit. Although now opponent needs 2 cards to make this card disappear, it does not mean that this card is invincible, if anything. Overall, the summoning requirement is not steep or easy, the effect is not either SUPER good or SUPER bad, right in the average. Fun to play with? 100% fun to play with, but nomi can rarely be a competitive card if your names are not [Dark Armed Dragon] or [Judgment Dragoon]...but they destroy things at relatively no cost at all.

No mention of Fake Explosion Penta for Stat/Requirement section? It can help RR or AID if they come under attack, and it summons AI from hand or graveyard.
