To all members of this forum,
As you may have noticed, there are quite a number of spambots these days. In an attempt to stop them, we have decided to change the settings of the board so that all new users cannot start a new topic until he/she replys in another existing topic. After making their first reply (getting 1 post count), they will be automatically promoted to a normal account. Existing members are also affected by this change so everyone needs to follow the same instructions (make a reply to another topic first).
