That's his prisoner marker, just like Yusei and Crow's. You need to go back to your episode watching.

Crow and Aki are pretty much the comedy major character this season so far. Hell even Lua and Luca have more serious screen time than those two.

I don't know who else noticed, but...

BTW-- where are all these Preview tracks coming from? The official site? Suddenly everyone has some of the other tracks that weren't up before or they were just fan-made.

Oh yeah! for some reason I thought I saw a certain look on Yusei's face when he pulled Leo away from Aki....heeh *looks away and makes an evil grin* hehehe, could it be that he doesn't any any man next to Aki and if they do then he'll get really jealous and beat the brains out of their heads with the front tire of his D-Wheel?....heh...heh...heh

I just made an interesting "discovery" today. What if Divine is actually a Duel Monster? What if that Duel Monster has existed in the game since the early days?

You can't tell me that Divine and Mr. Volcano look similar.

I still say that Sayer looks like Pizza from GaoGaiGar(or any 1980's anime character that has an exaggeratedly long set of bangs that stick straight out from their heads)

I don't know which I liked about the episode more:


-- The fact that Kiryu also uses Full Salvo, so clearly even NAS recognized it belongs in his deck.

-- Yusei's NEW outfit, looking all John Wayne/Clint Eastwood/Sunset Rider. He might as well be called "The Dragonhead Kid" now. I would love his poncho though.

-- The fact that Yusei pulls the "Kill 3 guys with 12000 LP in one turn" thing, but his way was evil.

-- Both Yusei and Kiryu pull OTKs on their opponent, except Yusei's was 3 against 1 and he dealt 12000 damage in one turn.




This episode also has at least 3 new monsters, one from Yusei and 2 from the "one-shot" guys. Also, I can't help but think Kiryu looks very out of it, like brainwashed, but almost TOO OBVIOUSLY so. I guess we'll know in two weeks.

Awesome episode. Kiryu and Yusei were cool :)! This wild west environment fits them really well. Oh, and those coffin bringer dudes were creepy lol. Especially the small one.

From what Prismweapon's subs imply, Kiryu is in Crashtown to basically get himself killed, so I think his "Brainwashed" look is more of a less obvious suicidal/depressed look.

Crashtown is basically the type of town that kills you, and Kiryu is using it as a means to an end.

Yeah, except he's too good and ends up killing his opponent's instead (slowly, but you get the idea)

I wonder what turned the crazy laugh guy emo though, we'll see.

The one turn three kill is pretty hilarious, although a bit old

Last thing, when will be the next time we see Road Warrior?

Yet another Nitro Warrior OTK, though this does answer the question that i had...which is do multiple flame wingman-esque effects stack on another...

While, yeah Kiryuu looks pretty awesome though rather emo(miss psycho DS Kiryuu's laugh) and the OTK was pretty nice...but dammit I was expecting to see Infernity Daemon's epic hand to bug squishy doom....but we can't always get out wish.

I like how those three somehow god drew three of those monsters on their apparent first turns, cheating bastards and apparently it doesn't matter whose controlling the monster so it can be seen as a double edged sword of sorts.

Lastly, to answer the previously unanswered question that Shinobi asked me...

The point of bringing those up was merely the fact that whenever a ball of darkness, a flaming ring of blue....flames, a giant pentagram or an infinity symbol appears under you, it would generally mean that some magical shit is going down and you should be prepared for some pain(or to slowly be erased from the world as is the end of the Bakura vs Malik duel). Damn penalty games.

Of course this doesn't count with the psychic duels because... well it's telekinetic pain and not magically physical pain.
