I'm going to ask what EVERYONE else has been asking.

Why did you the dub name "Kalin" instead of the original and most used name "Kiryu?"

I'm pretty sure Kiryu is popular enough that no one ever calls him by that 4Kids name (all the videos about him on Nico-Nico and Youtube sort of prove that).

-------

Also, you said Infernity was a deck people could create after this set (plus the promos), but Infernity Beast was Ancient Prophecy as the first non-Promo Infernity. Just thinking it would have been better to put Infernity in the "decks that get a boost" part.

And about [Cyclone]...why being so insistent into use it at 3?

That's absolute Continuous/Field hate. If you have 3 in a Deck, we will return to last format when all people just used 3 Wabokus, and all Continuous, un-chainable Traps and Fields were useless.

The idea is making the game more of a challenge.

Of course I hate when people just use lots and lots of cards like Sakuretsu Armor not allowing battle at all, but with 3 Cylone, people just will draw, destroy anything face-down, and attack.

Why [Cyclone] at 3? Anyone that had use 3 (Without [Mirage of Nightmare]...) would tell you that it's quite a dead draw a lot of the time (Never use more than 2 in a deck myself, up until abusing [Mirage of Nightmare]...)

And much like me, Baron have a hate of face-down S/T cards...

That and the only reason why [Level B], [Gravity Bind], and [Wall of Revealing Light] have to be all restrict to 1 can be blame on the restriction of [Cyclone].

Even with those allowed to 3, 3 Cylones make them almost useless.

Valentin: Exactly my point - with 3 Cyclones, G-Bind, Level B, and Wall of Revealing Light becomes nothing...

Although Konami's extreme fear of ANY sort of Burn deck doesn't help...(I mean, 4 out of 5 stalling S/T cards are restrict, with [Messenger of Peace] being the exception. Marshy and Reaper both being restricted...)

It's although true that, well, Cyclone would makes people used an excessive amount of [Waboku] for the sake of it...

Because...I checked stuff from Wikia since I don't follow 5D 100% (I watched an episode here and there...but since I did miss some duelist, I may miss their names), and of course, laziness...kind of...

BTW, unrestrict [Cyclone] =/= putting it at 3. Knowing how Konami do things, and thinking about it myself, if that card will EVER gets touched, it would be at best semi (not going to happen...so I can only wish)

It's although true that, well, Cyclone would makes people used an excessive amount of [Waboku] for the sake of it...

The problem is:

Even now, people mostly use Waboku/Threatening Roar, Sakuretsu Armor/Dimensional Prison instead of any other normal Trap (of course, there is Bottomless Trap Hole, Torrential Tribute, Magic Cylinder, and those theme-related or strategical cards like Icarus Attack [God Bird Attack], but that stops there).

"What's the point of using something like Broken Blocker when I can just destroy my opponent monster?"

So, using 3 Cyclones/MST would be even more hurting to the game.

Even, I think that Heavy Storm deserves banning, but the problem is that then burn/stalls would run rampage. So, what could be the solution?:

Give more balanced masive destroyers. Examples:

[Spell]
Destroy all Spell/Trap cards on the field, during this turn you cannot attack.

[Spell]
Discard a card. Destroy all face-down Spell/Trap cards on the field.

[Spell]
Pay 1000 Life Points. Destroy all face-down Spell/Trap cards on the field.

And so. Because we already have LOTS of cards that destroy face-up Spells, Traps, both, one, etc...

The game should evolve, but the problem with Heavy Storm is that we still not having a GOOD way to avoid the overextension.

I agree with valatin,, we need good replacements for the old st removel like we do with monster removel. I mean lightning vortex is perfectly good replacement for raigeki and dark hole why did they never make one for storm?

Hope that Discguy would get unrestricted.
cause the only splashable revival would be Monster Reborn and Premature Burial and Call of the Haunted BANNED thus Discguy won't be that much abusable as before.

That would be reviving "Perfect Circle" :P

Mmm...ask Konami to "errata" Disk and remove itself from play if is removed from the field after using its effect. (Much like Plaguespreader), and then it could be perfectly playable.

Doomguy would like a word with you, =/

After all, even though he's not splashable, most Decks that ran Diskguy also ran Diamondguy and Diabolicguy, so it's not like he was lacking in targets...

madness: Ehh...[Limit Reverse], [Angel's Lift], etc...just two more cards to be used with [Discguy]

That and drawing 2 for just a special summon is just ridiculous...
