Looks like TvsC isn't the only one bringing in extra goodies. ^_^
This GameSpot article promises loooooooots of goodies - as if the entire fucking game wasn't already awesome. :P
In addition to finally getting T-Hawk in there, apparently
we finally get Dee Jay, too. WOOT!
*YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*
*Rocks to Marilyn Manson*
I love how people not only didn't read the article, but are complaining to high hell about it because they didn't.
A: How is it the game came out well into earlier this year, and the new version isn't coming out until next year, and yet, this is too soon?
B: Speaking of, those same people are acting like this is coming out within like 2 months. It's not.
C: Capcom said the game WILL NOT be full price at all, but people are still acting like it will be.
D: People are acting like there's only 2 extra characters (clearly only looked at the pictures), when there's a whopping 8.
E: My god, people really don't understand HOW to make games; people are totally spoiled on DLC now. Fighting games aren't even close to the same as a FPS or MMORPG where you clearly just copy-paste old code to new. Fighting game mechanics are done such that you have to retweek character interaction, hit boxes, fix any glitches and re-balance characters (like that bitch Crimson Viper). You can't really do that on DLC, else the old disc becomes just an activation prompt while the whole new game now sit on your HDD (instead of a bit of data) because it has no where else to go. If anyone wants to know how annoying it is to make a GOOD fighting game, try MUGEN, please.
That stuff is a lot of work and if you're lazy, you'll just have a bunch of broken unbalanced fanboy characters and you'll be complaining about glitches anyway. To prevent that
