Sometimes, kids do dumb things, but this is ridiculous.....

I'm going to say this a little better than I did on Janime (after just rereading my post there), as I was a bit dumbfounded by all this when I first saw it.

There are 2 factors to all of this: (1) the stupid kid, and (2) the stupid parents. It's not one or the other; it's both sides in a very disappointing double-whammy. However, 2 things I would like to say to the parents, as this disrespects anime as a whole:

#1: I advise NOT PRODUCING ANY FUTURE CHILDREN. The Law of the Jungle has ruled against you once; don't repeat the same mistake. Normal kids are NOWHERE NEAR THAT STUPID.

#2: If you DO, however, 'break the law' again, and I stress this.....KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR MUTHAFUCKING CHILDREN, FOR PETE'S FUCKING SAKE!!!! That was YOUR FAULT, not Naruto's.

In short, DON'T GO BLAMING AN ANIME FOR A COMBO OF BAD PARENTING & THE SHORT STICK OF GENETICS. I'm sorry I sound harsh, but seriously, come on.

But, before I end this post, let me use some of my own childhood to drive the point home, here: I was a REALLY, REEEEEEALLY strange kid in my youth, and I cannot stress that enough; between possible Asperger's Syndrome and an overactive imagination, it's nowhere near an understatement. But, even though I would purposely twist fantasy & reality around a little in that strange brain of mine, I NEVER GOT THE TWO CONFUSED. NEVER. And that's going back to when I was 5 & beyond. To get the two mixed up takes a special kind of stupid.

This is a really sad and hilarious news at the same time.

Darwin says the kid deserved to die. Harsh but true.

Well, I can blame Naruto for this just because I hate all things Naruto (except Naruto the Abridged Series, I can actually stand that and laugh). Stupid fake screamo orange NON-ninja brat.


Anyway, the way I see it, "normal" American children all the way up to early or even near late-20s and even some adults are growing more and more attention-happy lately. Just look at all the Darwin Awards getting passed out just from watching Break.com from people who make stuff JUST to be front-paged on there (for the money).

Basically, I'm saying normal Americans are growing more and more like Ms. Teen South Carolina and that one racist b**** from the Real World: Hollywood (Kimberly Needstobeshot).

It's times like this that leave a bad taste in my mouth, as it makes all anime look like The Devil's Tool.

No offense man, but this is old.

I can relate. My strangeness got a certain elemtary school in the Philippines to hate me, almost cut my hands as well (They were threatening to!).

The news- wow, just wow, recreating a scene- I'd do it in my head rather that do it for real. I'd like to do the Darkness Moon Break (KR Kiva's Rider Kick) or IXA's Judgment (IXA's Rider Slash) or even Helm Split with Gin's Bokuto on the Joker, but I'd think of it and write it in a story rather than practicing it with a real Clown. At this news too, looks like I'll be harsh on my child, but then again I have none.

It may even look like those people (Maybe Catholics and those who think that anime is the worst thing to happen in the world) can see this as a warning and maybe tell all parents that it's a bad thing. Anime is not a Devil's Too either.

I gotta tell this to my anime club. Some of them in the club are Tai-Chi pros, and they may understand of this sad sitrep.
