I´m not sure, is this Columbella mercatoria? This shell I have also found on the beach, Runneway Bay, of Jamaica.  The size about 12 mm. Best reggards! Herner Engina turbinella? |

Yes, you are correct this is definitely a beach worn shell of Engina turbinella.
