Scars: a few on his arms, mostly unnoticeable and acquired in the odd fight
Clothing Style: He has a typically hard look to him, toughened up from growing up quickly in down town LA. He wears a leather jacket and a hoodie or t-shirt with jeans and sneakers. It isn’t really his style, but he’s easy enough to convince into something classier

Personality
General Personality: Despite his quiet, touch exterior, Andrew is very family oriented and polite. It’s easy for his friend to get him to laugh and he’s generally laid back around friends when he’s not trying to act tough. He’s very mature and had to grow up quickly, having no mother and a busy dad. He’s into photography and is therefore artistic and is always looking at things at different angles. He’s defensive over his family and friends, women, and underdogs. He’ s gotten into a few fights over things like that. Andrew is a more serious person to strangers, but yearns to have a proper childhood.
Strengths: he isn’t afraid to defend what he believes in, or to get into fights. He’s smart, though not in an academic kind of way. He’s artistic, but in a realistic way. He’s polite and is always nice to women.
Hang ups: Andrew won’t easily back down, especially if he’s fighting for something personal. He’s a bit too serious sometimes, and never had a proper childhood.
How Your Character Reacts with Others: To strangers, he’s a bit tough and serious, but he relaxes around friends and likes to goof off with them.

History
Blood Lines: American
History: Andrew was born into an already large family, the 4th of what would be 6 children. He had one older sister (Jean) and two older brothers (Paul & Chris). After Andrew came Victoria & Embrea. Shortly after Embrea was born, his mother died of cancer. Andrew was only two. All he really remembers is her singing all the time.
Having no mother and a busy father, Andrew grew up quickly, even though his grandmother came to help out. He helped look after his younger sisters and the house. School was a struggle for him. It wasn’t that he wasn’t smart, he wasn’t too academic and he would get busy with family matters. The most he got out of school was his love of photography and a girlfriend, Amy. Everyone said ‘Amy and Andrew are the perfect couple’ and Andrew thought so too. He wasn’t like his friends who flirted with every girl they saw; he took care of Amy and was polite to all women, because that was how he was brought up. He even slept with Amy, but she cheated on him and left him for a football player who abused her and left her with bruises. He was hurt, and even when she tried to come back to him, he wouldn’t take her. He forced himself to get on with his life, school, and his the part-time jobs he held to help the family.
Upon discovery of his powers, Andrew considered telling his family, but after his father found out about Embrea’s powers, Andrew saw how he reacted and decided against it and kept them a secret. He’d fought off enough people calling Embrea a freak.
After Victoria and Embrea left, Andrew fought more with his father. He told his dad that he was moving out of the house with his girlfriend (even though he no longer had one) and packed up, sold a lot of his stuff, and left anything he couldn’t bring or sell at a friend’s house before leaving for Chikabi.
Other
Preferences: he drives fast whenever he gets the chance, and he drove a motor cycle in LA, but he had to leave it at a friend’s house when he left (though he hopes to be able to get it to the school), he’s interested in photography and goes for either black and white or intense color and lighting, he won’t eat fast food (he’d spent too much time around it when he was working part time, a lot at fast food joints), while he’s wanted to be in a band, he never had the time to and isn’t the best ‘rock star’ material. He listens to classic rock (Aerosmith, Steppenwolfe, ACDC, Guns & Roses, etc), he doesn’t read much, he doesn’t like hot weather, but likes it when it’s kind of windy and cloudy.
Hobbies: taking photos of anything he finds interesting (and ends up throwing most of the pictures out, driving around, wandering around a big city, football, working out, running, having fun with friends, etc
Speaking Mannerisms: when he’s tired, he avoids actually speaking and just nods and whatnot

Control: he has very little control, just enough to keep it a secret. He doesn’t really understand his powers
Abilities: he can somewhat if something bad is going to happen, but he has no control over when that happens. He can freeze anything by touching it, but sometimes doesn’t mean to.
