Personality
General Personality: Mindy is definitely not what you'd call a girly-girl. She's more of a tomboy, though she's not afraid to show her femininity- she just tends to act a little far from the stereotype of girliness. Her philosophy is 'Do what you like, like what you do' and she sticks by it. At the end of the day, she wants to have no regrets, and tries hard every day to achieve that goal.
Strengths: She's usually in a good mood because her lifestyle allows little time to be upset. She does whatever she can to reach a goal, and through her hard work and determination she usually accomplishes what she wants to accomplish.
Hang ups: She doesn't mind being punished, because usually what she did that earned the punishment is worth it, and if it isn't, she'll do something during her punishment that makes things worth it.
How Your Character Reacts with Others: She's generally friendly when she first meets someone, but if they try to control her, she immediately turns against them. She hates anyone who's controlive, and will become their enemy, which means she will take pleasure in performing acts against them, which she will not regret. She will never do something to someone that has given her no reason to be angry at them.

History
Blood Lines: Italian, German
History: Mindy has lived her whole life in the U.S. with her father, Henry Tresdon. Her mother died when she was 5, in a car accident. Her father has never paid that much attention to her- he provides the neccessities, but leaves her on her own to figure out what to do and find other parental figures, which she still has yet to find.
After her mother died, Mindy was left with only her dog to keep her company. Her father was always either gone on business or not available to talk to her. She was so different from the people at school that she couldn't really find any friends. When she was 10 years old, she was so lonely that she began to hear voices. At first, she thought she was going crazy, but when she began to hear a voice whenever her dog was around, she realized that she wasn't going insane- she was just hearing things speak. She began listening to those voices, and she realized that she was never really alone, like she thought she was- she had all the friends she needed around her. That is when she decided to live life day by day, doing all she could to keep herself from having regrets at night, because she was sick of letting herself be lonely just because she didn't have any human affection.
Her father decided to send her here when he caught her talking to a cup when she was emptying the dishwasher. He sent her to Chikabi because he thought (and still thinks) that it is a school for crazy people.

Preferences: Being alone, quiet (well, as quiet as things can get for her), living as she likes to live
Hobbies: They change day by day. She doesn't have one that she sticks with- she just does whatever she feels like doing.
Speaking Mannerisms: She tends to mutter comments under her breath to the clothes she's wearing, which makes her sound a little crazy.
Powers
Control: It's not really a power that can be controlled. She always hears the voices, though when she's not concentrating they're quieter. They get really loud when she's upset.
Abilities: She can hear everything talk. From a desk lamp to a computer to each of the little specks of dust floating through the air, she can hear any inanimate object talk. Also, she can hear her dog talk, though he is the only animal she has really been able to hear. They can hear her too- they can hear everyone, it just takes someone who can hear them to realize it. She also is starting to hear plants, though she thinks it may just be the bark of the trees that she's hearing.
