Full Name:Eshel Tameri and Layla Mandisa Salem (pronunciation: eshel ‘e’ as in bed- ‘shel’ as in shell with almost a rolling of the tongue sound on the ll’s::: ‘lay’ as in lay and ‘la’ as in fa so la ti do::: ‘sa’ as in saw, and ‘lem’ as in lemmings)

Age : 16 (Eshel is the older one, by a minute and thirty-six seconds)

Physical Stats
Hair Color/Styles: Both have the same deep dusty brown hair color, and both of them leave it usually in it’s natural curly state.
Eye Color/Shape: Very light brown, almost more golden bronze than brown, but their shape is the very standard (if not, even a little bit exaggerated) Egyptian shape.
Height/Weight: Both are 5’ 5¾”. Both weigh 114 lbs.
Physical Fitness: Both are extremely skinny, but have some pretty noticeable curves.
Tattoo/Piercing: both have the same tattoo on their left shoulder blade (based off this design, and only about 2 inches in length and height at the most…) Both have pierced ears (two at bottom)
Scars: Both have their minor scars, and both have the same major scar, a jagged line running for about four inches on the small of their backs.
Clothing Style: Basically anything they feel like wearing, but they often have the habit of dressing similarly...however they rarely dress exactly the same.
Other: Although her family is Egyptian, her entire family has roamed as Gypsies, no matter what country they live in… They also each share a portion of Kiya, an ancient ruler and supposed wife to Amenhotep III, father of Tutankhamun. (I was watching the excavation of KV-63 the other day…so yeah…o.O)

Personality
General Personality: The two are a very interesting pair, while they act the same in many ways they both have some strange qualities that the other does not. However, they do have a bit of a superiority complex, thinking that they are essentially the queens of the Gypsies…(which in a sense they are…)
Strengths: They are both extremely talented in the arts, especially dancing. They are also talented in such areas as ritual, spiritual, Wicca, and over all witchcraft like things. They are also very handy with technical devices (being constantly on the move and keep changing identities needs technology help nowadays…)
Hang ups: They aren’t so good with meeting new people. They also are a bit on the girly side, and can tend to be a bit like drama queens.
How Your Character Reacts with Others: Decently, unless they find you unsuitable for their companionship(god only knows how they decide this)…

Family
Family Pets: they both have twin, long black haired cats that accompany them nearly everyplace they go (or are allowed).
Family Members: Their mother is Shani Salem. Their father is unknown and their mother and family refuse to speak of it. Other than that, they have many cousins and half sisters, and uncles an aunts. So many that they can’t even really keep track of all of them (they live in quite a big Gypsy family).

History
Blood Lines: They are Egyptian Gypsies!
History: Eshel and Layla were born in Egypt on a starry February night. They spent the first few years of their lives traveling with their mother in her clan of modern day gypsies.

From an early start their mother taught them to do rituals, spells, and how to control the powers she had given to them, knowing them well since they were mirrors of her own. The time abilities however were not her own, and she didn’t know how to teach her daughters to control them.

When they turned ten years old, the stronger and more outgoing members of the Gypsy family (around twenty total) moved to America and became roaming nomads. Their mother shared an RV with her newfound lover Ammon (to whom the girls eagerly agreed to) and they soon found themselves on the road.

However, the girls powers started to frighten some of the family. Not only that, but they soon saw small visions of the ancient Egypt, through Kiya’s eyes. It took their mother awhile to find out, but eventually she found that her daughters shared the spirit of Kiya. Each daughter had half of the reincarnated soul.

The family head, Shakir, decided to throw the out of the family, but they wouldn’t leave without a fight. In the end they severely anger Shakir, and things turned violent. Ammon gathered Shani and her daughters and ended up getting them out of the family’s grounds before anyone got seriously hurt. Shakir had beaten Shani and Ammon, but he beat Eshel and Layla the worst. The scars on their backs would be a permanent reminder of that.

While on the run (for Shakir felt that he was not finished with them yet) they happened to come across a car that had crashed about half a mile away from the road, and went ot investigate. It was well hidden, but what they found there was the biggest shock of their lives. A family, a married couple and two daughters about the same age as Eshel and Layla, were dead form the crash.

After the initial shock wore off, Gypsy instinct kicked in. It wasn’t the first time they had stolen from a corpse and what they found was very promising. The Key to a new house in what appeared to be a neighborhood where the family had never been to. They decided that they would move in, in place of the family.

After gathering anything of value, they disposed of the bodies and car (with much trouble, it was still an unpleasant sight) they headed back to their RV. They were now the Davis’.

The house they moved into was ina rich neighborhood, they found acces to the couple cards, and all of the family’s items arrived within the next day. But Eshel and Layla’s powers were still an issue. They couldn’t go to a regular school, Shani knew that much. So she and Ammon sent them off to Chikabi, in hopes that they could gain the best control the could of thei powers.

Hobbies: Dancing, Singing, playing instruments, anything to do with art, Technology, rituals, ancient ruins, languages, speaking in strange languages that no one around them understands, Gypsy activities (seeing as there are so many…o.O), writing, being the weird reincarnations they are, weird foods, fashion…basically the same things all of my characters like to do, with a few exceptions…
Speaking Mannerisms: They both have a pretty thick Egyptian accent, but not so think that you can’t understand them. You can just definitely tell that English was not their first language.

Powers
Control : They both have a pretty decent control over all their powers except for their time abilities. They have almost no control over these, and often go back or stop time without meaning to. However, stopping and going back only lasts a few minutes, so nothing to terrible has happened yet.
Abilities: Can communicate with the dead, can perform many rituals of nearly any kind, tremendous spiritual power (although they have only tapped into about a fourth of that power), but their biggest and most difficult power to manage is their ability to warp time to their desire (stop and rewind only).
