Physical Stats
Hair Color/Styles: dark brown to reddish brown in the summer, sort of longish (for a guy). It either hangs very flat or looks like he's been hanging upside down for three hours straight.
Eye Color/Shape: Even Arit doesn't know exactly what his eyes would be considered. If he ever did get his driver's listen they would probably say blue. His eyes, in the right light, can vary from looking pale gray to pale blue. They really have no color at all. They're more like smoke against a white background.
Height/Weight: 5'11''/120 lbs
Physical Fitness: Arit's in good enough shape. he stays pretty active, just not join every sport in the school active.
Tattoo/Piercing: He had a lip piercing but let it heal over after discovering that he really doesn't do with with constant metal contact. It screwed with his magnetism. He does have a tattoo of Mercury/Hermes' winged staff on his lower back (part of his flying obsession).
Scars: On the back of his left hand he has a scar in a strange cresent moon/pentagram combination that he has no idea where or when he got. He figures it has something to do with his father, but he's had no luck tracing the symbol yet, though he's found similiar designs.
Clothing Style: Arit will wear just about anything. He's usually seen in baggy jeans or camo pants (including a belt), hiking boots, and a black t-shirt, possibly with the sleeves cut off.

Personality
General Personality: Arit is suspicious of everything. Because of this, he's very observant. he wants to know as much as he can about people in the most limited amount of time possible. he's a quick thinker and very logical. Sometimes he over-analyzes and misses the big picture. When he finally does trust someone, he'd trust them with his life (or his plane). Arit is also a little bit of an egomaniac. When he doesn't get something, he obsesses over it continuously until he figures it out.
Strengths: When he's not trying to figure out what the government is conspiring against him, Arit is very level-headed. He knows pretty much any mode of transportation in and out and trusts nothing that he hasn't thoroughly inspected or fixed. He does have compassion, but he feels it's a sign of weakness, like someone that's gone through as much as he has (being abandoned)should be tough or something. About the only time that part of him ever comes through is when he writes songs.
Hang ups: Arit has many an obsession. His dream of flying one of the big ones. He's also a conspiracy theorist. It's better if you don't tell him about your suspicions about how the teachers are on drugs. He's got enough conspiracy ideas without your help. Because of all his theories, Arit can also be very paraniod at times. He could be thinking you're a plastic robot/andriod trying to capture him for evil government plans.
How Your Character Reacts with Others: It's increasingly difficult to gains Arit's trust, but he'll try to get about as much background information as he can on anybody. It's very likely that he'll attempt to break into the Headmistress's office to search through all the files. There's no keeping him out of anything with plain locks. Strangely, he's much more likely to trust criminals.

Family Pets: none, ever
Family Members: Arit's mother, Maria Marquis (who was born in Dijon, France), abandoned him when he was four, realizing that he wasn't normal. he never knew who his father was or where he went.
History
Blood Lines: Arit knows for sure that he's a little Scottish and French. He has no idea who his dad is so that side of his family is a complete mystery to him
History: Arit was born in a small town somewhere along the . Right away his mother could tell she wasn't normal. Maybe it was because she knew his father (whom Maria never married) wasn't normal either, Arit doesn't know for sure. He lived in France for three years. Not long before he turned four his mother took him to Southhampton, UK for a 'vacation'. She ended up ditching him at a 'friend' of hers. This friend ended up locking Arit in the basement for a month and a half. In a basement of an ancient house less two miles away from an airport Arit first learned of his powers himself and ended up using them to collaspes one of the basement and ultimately escaping. All he remembers about that more than one person coming down and roughing him up a little.
After running out and only being able to speak French, he basically just got lost until a police officer took him back to the station to try to find out more about him and get a translator.
He ended up getting taken in by a retired cop (named Harris Barnes) after the UK government had him down as 'gifted' put nicely. He figured out how to speak English within a month and figured out his powers. Harris gave him the name Valone. Arit had no idea where his mother was, who his father was. Maria Marquis ended up listed as missing in France. Arit had no family. His family was untraceblae by his name.
By the time Arit was then he was working on small projects like rebuilding a bike and replacing certain parts. He'd taken on playing the guitar. He and Harris Barnes had travelled a little, just to Spain, Hungary, and once to France. When Arit was fourteen, Barnes fell ill with Lung Cancer and still remains in the hospital. Arit feels perfectly terrible for not being around. The man pretty much saved his life.
Other
Preferences: Arit loves the idea of flying. He's obsessed with it. The only problem is that he knows too much about mechanics and he's too stubborn to use any mode of transportation that he didn't either build or tune up himself. Building a plane is his biggest project and he will finish it as soon as he gets the parts and the time.
Hobbies: Arit likes to hang out on roof tops and plays the guitar, he tends to avoid telling people that he does. A weird habit he also has is reading technical writing. He'd read a toaster manual if he was bored enough. At home, he works on finishing he plane.
Speaking Mannerisms: Arit has a habit of ending certain sentences with 'it's a conspiracy' and just repeating himself in general. He can also randomly switch from different accents/languages. His first language is French, but he spent most of his life speaking Englsih.
Powers
Control: Arit is well aware of what he can do, and has near perfect control over it.
Abilities: Arit refers to himself as a magnetist. He has control of any metal substance. because of this, he's listed as extremely dangerous, being able to split or fission extremely reactive materials: think atomic bomb.
