First off, I would like to direct your attention to a post on the RV forums.

and to the fact that I have been speaking to your diplomats about Achos 'r Boblogi joining the POB. With the permission of Cheoydd da im posting this message to speak to all of you, get your individual views and answer any questions you may have.

First off, the People of Britannia has been incorrectly viewed by most as a group trying to control the tribes, though this is the exact opposite of what The POB even stands for.

The People of Britannia is established for the clans of Britannia to join in on a Clan Council, not in any way controlled by the POB leadership but moderated at meetings. It is for clans to discuss trade, territory, disagreements and disputes, friendships, and anything else relevant to the land of Britannia and its people. On top of the council the POB will have its own Diplomatic Corps (For the peaceful resolution of disputes internal and external to POB), Engineering Corps (for assisting clans with construction, building towns and fortifications in Britannia, and combat engineering), Priesthood (for the blessing of Britannia and its people and cursing of there enemies) and a Home Guard (elite regiments never leaving the land of Britannia and defending it to the last man).

Achos ‘r Boblogi

I. Agreements of View
A. The People of Britannia (Governing Body) agrees to view Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) as a protected member of Britannia (Land), and a member of the Clan Council (People of Britannia Governmental Organization).
B. Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) agrees to view the People of Britannia (Governing Body) as the primary protector of the land of Britannia (Land). All requests by the Home Guard (Military Organization) to Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) having to do with the protection of Britannia (Land), the protection of The People of Britannia (Governing Body), or the protection of any member of The People of Britannia Clans (Group) will be followed.
C. The People of Britannia (Governing Body) and Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) agree to view each others enemies as enemies. Though Council members shall vote on who is an enemy as to not cause any conflicts with existing Alliances.
D. The People of Britannia (Governing Body) agrees to never infringe on Achos ‘r Boblogi’s (Governing Body) sovereignty, and will never attempt to establish direct control over there government or there people (People of Britannia Home Guard Regiments (Military Group) orders and below stated recruitment requests aside).
E. Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) agrees to heed to all orders by The People of Britannia Clan Council not intruding to Section I Sub-Section D of this treaty with out question, whether or not outvoted by there fellow council members.

II. Military
A. Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) agrees to follow states of readiness (Levels of military involvement in Britannia (Land) / set rules for individual clans and individual members of The People of Britannia (Governing Body) in each state of readiness) set by the People of Britannia (Governing Body) applied with the fact that such states of readiness will never include orders intruding to Section I Sub-Section D of this treaty.
B. Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) agrees to send a percentage (dictated by the People of Britannia Home Guard) of their military and 1 general officer to the People of Britannia Home Guard (Military Group) upon request by The People of Britannia (Governing Body).
C. The People of Britannia Home Guard (Military Group) will never leave Britannia (Land) under any circumstances, unless dictated by a 100% vote of The People of Britannia Military Council.
D. The population of Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) agrees to, under any circumstances, defend any member of the People of Britannia (Governing Body) or its clans (Group) when they are overwhelmed or in need of assistance, heed to all calls of distress made by the previously stated, and assist new players in Britannia (Land) in any way possible.
E. The People of Britannia (Governing Body) agree to heed to distress calls made by Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) in the quickest and most efficient possible manner.

II. Trade
A. Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) agrees to supply The People of Britannia (Governing Body) with high-grade weapons, ammunition, and armor.
B. The People of Britannia (Governing Body) agrees to supply Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) with supplies as deemed available, at the highest priority levels.
C. Defense of trade routes falls under the jurisdiction of The People of Britannia Home Guard (Military Group), with support from Achos ‘r Boblogi (Governing Body) when deemed necessary.
D. In times of war, the people of Achos ’r Boblogi will supply weapons at the price it took to make them, though, weapons maybe at times completely free as a gift/aid in replacement for men or a sign of good-will.
E. Though if Achos ‘r Boblogi are given supplies at no cost, then the weapons created by those supplies shall be given at no cost.
