Appearance: Slim, but at the same time toned and well built. Very athletic body, kept in perfect shape. Light red-brown hair which he wears long, but ties back when teaching and blue/grey eyes. Good looking in a cheeky rogue sort of way. Always ready with a smile or a wink. When not in his Teaching gear he's mainly found in battered old jeans and t shirts. He likes to dress comfortably. He has his left ear pierced.

Personality: Archie has never been and will never be shy. He studied at Guildhall and decided to go on to teach as well as act. He is fun-loving, outgoing and faultlessly loyal. Once he's your friend he stays your friend and would stand by you through anything. He has a problem with intimacy and is very protective of his personal space. However these barriers disappear when he is teaching or on stage. Not one to 'settle down', he would rather have a string of flings than a real relationship. He is a keen writer and is rumoured to have completed a screenplay, which he is in the process of getting taken up. Unfortunately, Archie has never quite managed to give up smoking, although he is on fewer a day than he was at College.

History: Born and raised in Edinburgh, Archie can trace his ancestry back to the Woad wearing times. Everyone in his family have been artistic right up untill his birth and he was no exception. He has a sister a year older than himself and she couldn't be more different. (Being a quiet Lyricist) His father is an Artist in his spare time, but works for the Government -for a 'steady income'- and his mother is a Music Therapist.

He believes entirely in the presence of his Muse, who, according to him is a woman of questionable repute but awesome beauty. His Mother claims that his Muse is just his childhood imaginary friend, Faith; who he will not, or can not let go of, as she offers a strange security in the uncertainty of life.

Additional Information: He has a horse, Anduril (named after a famous fictional sword), who he stables at a nearby farm. He also owns a Motorcycle. Kickboxing and Swimming are his favoured ways of keeeping fit and he tries to do both at least once a day.
