I was born to run. I was a runner in primary school and again in secondary school. I had a great and fantastic run of my life but I am running again for Great Manchester Run 20th May 2007 - 10km, this is a run not to win a medal but to gain a few lives and reducing the suffering of these people in the world. I am calling the world to help these people:

Asia Tsunami - 3/4 millions of people died or suffering in just a few minutes.

Pakistan Earthquake - 74000 people dissappeared in seconds



I am taking a few moment of my time to help the people who are still suffering as the results of disasters through out the whole world.
