No, actually the baby is home free. A baby is innocent, and is therefore sinless. The baby did not have sex, but is the result of sex. He/she is a 'whore baby' because we humans make it out to be. I believe it's Deuteronomy where it states that children born out of wedlock and the next ten generations from them go to hell.
