i like the website..excellent ; very slick. i like the exercise tips for building muscles right? more into toning; but who knows ? may just start bench pressing anyday now !!!.. Good Luck!! wink.gif

Cool! Congratulations you're our second poster, and the first one we didn't have to ask to post. We're working on all kinds of tutorials to show regular wrestling training (backbumps, practicing moves) as well as the toning. That will be incorporated soon, don't worry smile.gif. Unfortunitely, it's really hard to show work-outs without it looking extremely corny. We still might do that though, who knows. Are there any particular things you're interested in learning? If you found out about us through youtube, stay tuned because there should be a few more videos up soon. They have to do with the other types of backbumps, as well as a bit of other stuff. Sadly, before we did the tutorials we were outside practicing, so the headache factor definitely effected the tutorials. That's why we had to do it on mats, (I hate mats) so yeah. Sorry for talking your head off, message me back if ya can.
