Actually, I used Farfetch'd in the RBY days after i saw the one episode featuring him on the show.

To Twim: Cujo would if he could find a decent way to do it, and Farfetch'd is prolly close to Marowak and Kangaskhan for him. Well, mebbe.. none the less, he dun forget it.
Dunsparce is likely the most overlooked. Qwilfish is the most.... Actually, I've thought about dunsparse more than Farfetch'd. Quilfish, though, I would have to agree. What about Octillary?

Jumpluff is definately one of the best Grass types out there, not for power, but for its speed.

the only time i ever looked for Farfetch'd and ledyba is when i was finishing the pokedex. i dont know about bulbasaur being unpopular its the ideal pokemon to start off with its good against rock and water the two first gym types for unpopular i would go for magikarp

Most forgotten Pokemon? What about Caterpie? I haven't seen or heard a Caterpie mentioned since Ash caught one. Same goes for weedle.

in my opinion, caterpie, I don't think was forgotten, mainly because butterfree is a good pokemon to have early on in the games. I will give you weedle, kakuna, and beedrill though
