Stumbled across this forum....I'm an old bopper of many years standing...my old Club was called the Sixty Nine...a Birmingham, England motorcycle gang...we still ride...(though under a different name now) and we controlled the south side for many years. Respect to the Warriors.

I just found this site accidentally whilst researching porn - joke! :D
Anyhoo, I'm from South London, Bermondsey, home of the infamous 'bushwackers' - Millwall FC football hooligans. You may have seen them portrayed in such 'shite' films as 'football factory' and 'green street' <what a joke that film was!
Hopefully my 'gang' credentials are valid now and I can give my opinion on one of the greatest films ever made!
First of all, I just want to say that - if there is to be a remake of the warriors - they should just make a film about gangs in L.A., there really is no need to call it 'warrors' seeing as though this supposed remake has nothing to do with the original i.e.- gang members, gangs and locations. Leave things alone ffs!
Second of all, I'd like to make a couple of points about the film. 1. Cleon should NEVER have been wasted! 2. Why oh why did James Remar appear in 'sex in the city?' whenever I watch warriors now I can't stop cracking up! I know he's only an actor and he's gotta work, but come on man! And finally, if and when they do decide to remake the warriors please e-mail me, cos I'm a proper 'ard nut! ;)
