I am imagining something Latin Some kind of drug cartel smuggler that pilots watercraft, all pissed off and in a dirty wifebeater like Max Payne from that latest entry, and some kind of voodoo queen painted up with skulls and shrunken heads, that flips out and kills people with crazy Jamaican voodoo capoiera kung fu.
