Ah, yes I know what you mean. Are you using PSCS or higher? I did a couple of experiments wherein you could get slightly sharpened edges when you play around with the filters (Im using photoshop CS2 btw). Here's some examples:
1. Smart Sharpen - if you go to the filters tab then Sharpen, there's an option there that says, Smart Sharpen. You could play around with the settings there. Basically what I did here is select a section of the collage, copy+paste it into a new layer and did the Smart Sharpen thing. I kinda like how it turned out on certain pictures because it gave you that crisp illustration type of feel. Although it may not work on the more blurred ones or darker photos.

I also set the Blending Mode to Screen (or Linear Dodge if you want) to make it a bit more saturated and lighter to make that section pop-out. I found it interesting if you did that to certain sections of the whole collage, kinda like giving highlights to your most favorite poses, if you may =D

You can see here that I just randomly selected 3 images to highlight and sharpen. It kinda adds up to the whole composition, like there's so much more to look at or something. Here's the 3 ones I editted in case the above image isn't as clear:

I tried this on certain sections of the collage and the whole collage itself. The results were both interesting to look at I think.
2. Accented Edges - This is the other filter that i used. You can find this in the Filters Gallery and just tweak the options there. Its kinda interesting because it highlights all the edges. Since most of the photos have your body darkened out, the filter easily picked out your body's edges =D

These are just suggestions of course. =D
