Looking pretty good so far. That's a very tough face angle to draw. I always manage to a void it. Mostly the transition from under the chin/jaw to the face frustrates me. Yours is pretty good but could still use some work, unfortunately I can't be much help there.
When i look at that face all I can think of is bulldog jowls :\
I'd say you should probably make the jawline less distinct, especially back where it folds back up (thus the jowls). I dont think that part of the jawline usually sticks out that far from the neck anyway, so it should look okay.
