Regular Group: SOTA: Psycher Posts: 959 Member No.: 164 Joined: 2-September 06	Despite what everyone thinks probably, I do still draw sometimes. Anyways, this is just testing out some watercolor pencils. I realized after I scanned it that you're supposed to use a brush on it after you do the colors shrugs. Didn't have that available since I drew them in my office at school. Water color pencils are a certain type of colored pencil that, if you get the tip wet or apply a damp brush after coloring, you can get a water color effect on your artwork without having to deal with actual water color paint.
