Okay, I've had weird dreams before, and a few with members of MR in them. Lately, though...I've been having weird dreams constantly.

A few nights ago I had a really freaking weird dream. I mean weirder than any dream I've had before.

I was in this weird place...it was like an old abandoned church grounds. It was a desolate area with little to no grass (and what there was wasn't very green), dead trees, a grey sky, and a half-way destroyed cathedral. I wandered about the area for a while until I saw some weird creatures in part of the cathedral. They seemed to be finishing off the remains of some poor person that they must've hunted down and slaughtered. Being completely unarmed, I decided it would probably be best to run when they noticed me.

I ran until I came to a road that definitely was not in the best of conditions. It looked like it hadn't been worked on in years. As I approached the side of the road, sure that the hulking beasts were at least a few seconds behind me, an SUV came to a hault only a few feet from me. As people started to get out of the vehicle, the beasts made it to the road. Luckily, those people were armed.

After dispatching the beasts, they started to get back in their SUV. One of them opened up the back and let me in. While we were going down the road, one of them handed me a shotgun and said to try to conserve my ammo. We were being followed by some other creatures that reminded me of pterodactyls. One of the people in the vehicle opened the sun roof and opened fire on them. after he started firing, one dropped and was flying in his blind spot. It came close to the back window, so I had no choice but to shoot. Glass and blood everywhere.

Our destination was a well protected mall. It seemed that people kept it protected from those beasts and whatever caused so much destruction. The interior was much like these forums; clear and white.

Now, here's where it got really weird. The whole time I was in there menus kept popping up...they were similar looking to the menus in the pokémon games, but I'm not sure what they had on them... Then, I somehow set off some weird gas that knocked out a bunch of people and had to revive them.

If you read all of that, you get a cookie. ^^
I have others...but, it'd probably be best to put that in another post...

Flying dreams are always weird for me. I had a recurring dream in which I'd be in my second-cousin's garage and float out of the garage door. o.O

Last night, I dreamt that I got on the computer and was ip banned from here. o.O Something about my friend using my computer to access the forms or something.

Melting it isn't exactly the objective, just a nice side-effect.

:waha: It generates ball-lightning formed plasma, by creating an electric arc between the two grape halves. Basically, manufacturing a "St. Elmo's fire," which is a common occurance with planes, ships, churches, etc...

Ha-I found a use for that emoticon! ^^

I showed it to my mom and she thought I was going to frag the microwave. :wsweat:

You may have to do a bit...I don't usual dab too much off. Are you sure you're cutting it correctly?

Also, I found out that it doesn't work so well with globe grapes.

As for the gun...It would basically work the same way as the grape experiment, but at a different angle.

:waha: It would have a housing for the microwave emitter, which would have to have a lead lining, becuase I'd like to have children. I'd probably be able to salvage some parts from an old programmable microwave, so I could set the right time and power on the emitter. Hook all that up to a trigger switch...After that, all that would be left is constructing the body and barrel of the gun, and making a suitable "core." Because grapes only get 1-2 shots before melting, and flaming toothpicks would be too awkward to load, I'd like to try to make a "core" that could be used for several shots. I'm pretty sure that it could be done by making to conducting coils and getting them to create an arc. I'd probably have to line the barrel with a good conductor to get the shot to stay as linear as possible, but that wouldn't be much of an issue.

I do have to wonder what the effects would be on a person...I've never read anything about anyone being hit with plasma, or ball-lightning...and it doesn't seem to do anything to my microwave. I've read that you can melt glass with it, though...so it must be able to do some damage. It's probably safe to assume it hurts, though.

If it works you better patent it. :sweat:

What if it backfires and you blast yourself? You better, like, do that RC-firing thing, like on Mythbusters.

Yeah, RC firing would be a good idea. I'd have to figure out how to do that properly, though...

Not sure what would make a good test target, though...

1) Grounded metal shtick.

2) Bee's nest.

3) Squirrel.

4) Dummy you see in store window w/ Bulletproof vest.

You'd think such a scary weapon'd be employed by the military... probably too inefficient; maybe just a big tazer?

Also, for RC firing, just get a real long string, and some rubber stuffs...

Ah, I'm sure the military either hasn't thought of it (I don't think their engineers would be going around trying to make grape-powered weapons. XP) or it could be considred too inhumane.

I dreamt there were Aparoids, kinda like Gnosis, but w/o the intangible part. There was some lady, kinda like Shion, but she was part Spider-Aparoid, and this centered around AGWS-like mech combat, and she got a custom bot. I saw Syldan! =D At first he was in his normal clothes, but then he had armor like a Zaku.

i've got alot of weird dreams. Actually i sometimes get ideas for characters/stories from the weird dreams that i have

I had a dream last night.

i have a lot of dreams, if i have one tonight, i'll quickly write it down tomorow dawning...

i can fly in most my dreams, but its realy tiring xD i still remember i had a dream aaages ago where i learnt to fly, and from then on, in dreams i could !

In my dreams I usually get lost or i'm talking to people and they get seperated from me and I spend the rest of the dream trying to find them.


Last night I had a nightmare, I was watching the television and images of someones face melting and bleeding started flickering on screen, then it leapt out of the tv (videodrome style) and tried to attack me. I woke up in a cold sweat and was like "WTF". :wha:

spoon, IT WAS THE RING!!! YOURE GONNA DIE IN 7 DAYS!!!

OMYGOD NOO!! NOW WHO WILL PROVIDE US W/ PERVY BRITISH HUMOR?!?!

I'm sure Yollam can pull off a british accent.

I had a weird one last night

I was supposed to go to the dentist to get my teeth checked because one of them just suddenly fell off. when i went to the clinic there were these 3 girls that looked like they came out of a retro commercial (wearing retro styled clothing) then they shaved my head. lol.

Superstitiously speaking, they say that if you dream about losing a tooth it means you'll lose a loved one in real life. :sweat:

...So this one time, I dreamt I got a papercut. It hurt, and therefore I claim that the "it dun hurt in dreams" theory is fake.

heh, here's my dream from last night, edited a bit (i wrote it down when i woke up. i do that)






So me and my family, along with a couple others were in this parking lot. Apparently we had escaped from some sort of detainment camp of the government, or some such crap (why have my last two memorable dreams had to do with the government? Whatever <_<). We were talking about what our next move would be when we heard police sirens. We quickly jumped into the nearest cars, I got into the passenger seat of the intrepid, along with my family. The others got into another car, and a school bus. We flew down the busy streets in the car, and came to a giant version of the golden gate bridge. As we went across we hit this hot chick’s car, and she got out and yelled at us, but as we looked back at her we saw a giant tsunami wave coming towards us.

We started booking it out of there as fast as we could. The dream switched over to the woman, who tried running from the wave. But, it turns out it was somehow a “baby” wave, and she only got splashed and pushed to the ground…………

Then the REAL Tsunami wave came up <_<

Before it hit I asked my brother, who was now the only one in the car, if we (the escapees) had made any plans on staying in contact with each other. He said no, but we have cell phones anyway.

Then the real tsunami hit. The entire city on the other side of the bridge was destroyed. All that was left was ruined buildings and rubble. We pulled up along a random road, went a few more blocks, and found a good apartment room to stay at, though it had holes in the wall.

Me and my brother got comfy in the apartment *this bit has been deleted because it was kinda explicit* Anything that might have led to was cut off though, because the phone rang. The normal phone was ringing, and I picked it up, but my brother answered it with his cell phone. It was the other escapees. My bro told them where we were and before long the bus showed up in our driveway.

Out of the bus came Rouge and Jean from Xmen: Evolution (cartoon). I started yelling at them about how stupid it was to park that bus here, because they probably knew the license plates and, frankly, having a SCHOOL BUS outside your house is pretty awkward.

I tore off the license plate, but there was a 2nd underneath it <_<. So I pulled off that one too. That was all.

They yelled back about how I was paranoid and pointed out that the city was just whipped out. Why would they be looking for us at a time like this? Touché…

So I walked around the apartments, and eventually came upon a mall, that was filled with people. I met a few of the escapees in there, though I don’t recall who, and we kept walking through. Then, I spied George and Newman from Seinfeld, who were also escapees apparently. I wanted to tell George about our apartment…. But not Newman. He’s a backstabbing mother ______…

A little farther in I ran into Elaine from the same show. But before I could say anything I noticed one another escapee, this blonde chick. She was sitting on a fold out chair in the middle of an audience listening to a child band/choir thing. I went up to her and she asked if it was time to go. I said yeah, so she got up and started mindlessly walking towards the choir... so I grabbed her and asked her what she was doing. But she just kept walking forwards… I had to keep directing her myself. What a pain in the @$$ that was…

Suddenly I was back with Elaine, who was buying something (I don’t know what, but it was stupid whatever it was. Like earrings or something). She put in her social security type code to charge it to the account and a little screen came on with her picture and name.

I flipped out. Obviously escaped convicts like us couldn’t be going around using our real IDs. She was pissed at me (why is everyone in this dream?) but she didn’t resist as I pulled her away. On the way back I saw my friend from school Derek. He was apparently George, but not, because I recalled him being with Newman… but George was the one with him. So George turned into Derek… whatever. Anyways, we said since he wasn’t around Newman anymore, I could tell him about our hiding spot. He seemed a tad offended at first, since I wouldn’t tell Newman, but when I explained what a traitorous b_____ he was, he agreed.

So we all went back to the apartment, which was now full of people, including this REALLY… *REALLY* fat dude. I mean, he filled up a 3 person couch by himself! <_<

Exactly what happened after that I don’t know. We hung out and talked a bit, then the dream ends I suppose…

Oh, oh, I remember one now. I was at Lois Griffin's dad's house. Everything was gold and pimped, and I saw Tom Cruise and/or those projectile midgets from the Oblongs.
