Register, and play.

Still in the alpha stage, you can go around and build/destroy anything you want. It gives you 9 block types to choose from, and there are also some more things in the generated level that you can use by manipulating the environment, such as lava and water.

It's semi-realistic. Sand and gravel can't float in the air, grass will only grow if it has sunight, and will die if there's a shadow over it. Same goes with the plants, but not the leaves. If water comes in contact with magma, it'll harden.

The multiplayer is pretty fun too, you get to see some really cool things that people build.

Once this game is actually finished, you'll have to pay a small price for the full version, but I think it'll be worth it. I hear there's even going to be a zombie holdout mode. :nosebleed:

You people should totally buy this so when multiplayer comes out I have people to grief bros to build mansions with. It's ten euros (fifteen-ish in USD) or something for the buildy/crafty mode.

God damn this game is amazing. I'm playing on Peaceful for a bit so I can pace myself for normal/easy mode with monstars.

GUESS WHO FOUND A SADDLE IN A CAVE WHILE DIGGING IN HIS SINGLE PLAYER MODE

It is an awesome concept that I got addicted to single player mode with the monsters making me parano, added to this clostrophobia from the dark caves.



Survival Miltuplayer is nice, but do miss the mobs and some bugs are killing the feeling you have while playing in single player. So the only real fun is testing cause/effect or making large project with friends.

I did that whirlpool and left a cacti in the middle, it kills invincible mobs of SMP. We can't kill hen and pig ourselves yet.



I like that game so much that I gifted it to Zera, Nerkel and Chubs. Milian plays too. I also have a guest account if someone wish to try it. If you love it, I might gift it to you too.

- Kids/pets unplugging my computer : I did not have a backup system then and server has reset the world over. I changed power outlet so they cannot unplug it so easily.

- Betta aquarium crashing on computer : I had moved the server over my laptop so I could leave it open, with backup every 10 minutes and would there be some power shortage, it still won't bust the world... some pets trashed the little aquarium nearby and fried my laptop, HDD can't be detected anymore. The fish has survived.

I'm sorry about the loss, I would have it online, but I can't 70$ monthly fee for a dedicated server.

I think I managed to make a comeback though. It still discouraged me like hell.

I died by accidentally TAPPING some lava and I didn't have water handy. Now I carry a bucket of it with me everywhere.

I will play this game for hours. My buddy Joe bought it and it's amazing. We were up until 5am once, and then some dbag went and built a pyramid over our house. :/

Decided to give Minecraft a try.

Diggin' the hell out of this game, seriously.
I've got a nice little stone/wood cottage outside my mine that's acting as my house until I have the materials to make a proper domicile.

So, I'm digging in my mine, got a nice haul of iron and coal from it, right when I'm about to head back up to the surface I uncover my first diamonds. Freakin' sweet, right?

Nope. I only got away with two because after digging out the first two, I tapped into a lava flo and almost die from it. Good thing I had already dug out a shaft to get some iron from so I could keep it from filling that section of my mine, still...there were at least 5-6 diamonds there and I only got two of 'em. :/

It's okay though, because I just got my first gold vein and it had eight in it. :D

Definitely gonna be buying this after I have the money for it.

Also, skinedit bugged out on me. :/
I just need to restart my comp to get it running, but my pc's a bitch about starting back up.

I kinda stopped playing after the marriage and the job, and by the time i tried to start up again Kalah had ditched his own server to play with some other folks that i sort of kinda knew. But it just wasn't as fun, since i had no control over the place and I don't know.... that i was trying to find my way back to the start then without asking me the moderator warped me to the middle didnt help - now i'd never be able to find my way back to my base >:\


and solo doesnt really hold my interest, so i havent played in a good while :|

So Kalahee's got his server up again (apparently couldnt host with the earlier beta server versions for whatever reason) and I'm back on the bandwagon again.

The upgrades since the last time i played Alpha are amazing. And enemy mobs are just fun to have in multiplayer (except creepers. god FUCK creepers). I was aways a bit of a wimp and played on peaceful, after getting horribly raped by spiders my first time playing on Normal after about twelve steps, but thanks to the safety of playing with others ive gotten used to them and now can play like a big boy.


... god i hate monsters.

Castle! I'm following a template I found somewhere. I honestly don't know where I found it, but I like the basic idea and I'm improvising as I go along.

Right now, I need about 1-2k sand. Filling in the bottom of the lake where the castle template is so I don't have to deal with water when I build the basement.

Also, it's utterly STUPID how daylight goes by faster now. Yeah, not kidding. It does. Until I get a wall built I have to huddle in a house on the SMP because other people don't have beds. Alas.

how do other people not have beds? Especially if the server isnt on peaceful?



I swear, its crap like that that makes me not want to join any server thats not run by one of us. Having to hide in a little mud-hut my first night ever, in total darkness cuz i hadnt found any coal yet, that was the utter pits of crap. Beds are why i still play when im trying to build stuff.

They mostly just dig. They have some nice walls around their work projects, so they work24/7

Yeah but you'd think as a courtesy to other players they'd have one handy.

Been werkin' on my Castle Village. It's coming out very well actually. Walls are up, gate is built. Just need to make a better road leading to the castle. Right now I'm working on the inner wall buildings. Town first so I have a place to chill while I build my awesome crib.
