Sarcastic and tough, Rukia is a Soul Reaper charged with sending the malevolent undead Hollows to their ultimate reward. After accidentally giving Ichigo all her Soul Reaper abilities, Rukia acts as his mentor, teaching him about the world that exists between the living and the dead.

Good info Val. I like her descrition here. Ruki is my favorite character form this series. I love her additude, and the way she acts to certain things in the human world...like not knowing how to open and drink out of a juice box. Tee Hee~ I also love the way she reacts to Ichigo's sometimes stupid behavior. She is a great character.
