Iarwath
Iarwath had little trouble with killing the women and children. It was bloody work, but someone had to do it and Iarwath loved killing. After checking they were all dead, she walked back to the others and saw that they too, had done a good job. Iarwath thought it very unlikely someone had escaped. Even if someone had gotten away by chance it didn't matter. They would be gone long before help came and the only thing that would be left of the village, was ruins.
Iarwath knew the villagers didn't look like they were killed by Orcs. So she had decided to burn the bodies, the houses, everything. Then of course there was still the problem that there would be no bodies of Orcs. By the time that was discovered, it would too late. Iarwath knew there was little use in postphoning the war now. There were a lot of small villages like this one around here.
Iarwath had wondered what she would have to do to keep the Troll at their side, but perhaps that wasn't a problem at all. When she would allow him to take what he wanted, like food and such things, he might stay with them without wondering about the reason of her war.
