Hi. Just discovered this site and very excited to find out about pokemon tournaments in Hessle. I'm a bit confused as to whether these are a regular thing and still going on though. If anyone could let me know and when the next one is likely to be, I'd be really grateful!

Yeah, like I said in the other post, they're on every Saturday and start at 10:30am (with the tournament starting at 11am I think).

Hi there, welcome to the forums! We run a variety of different TCG's in Hessle including Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic the Gathering.
Pokemon tournaments are very popular and are held regularly each saturday. Registration begins at 10:30 am, and the tournament itself around 11:00am. To play your going to need a 60 card deck of Pokemon cards following the latest rules and the DX-On format. Ideally you really need to know most of the rules to some extent; but were a freindly bunch and we can give you some pointers and tips whilst your playing!
