"Amerika" by Rammstein continues and as it picks up, Tommy Racks leaps out of the back, landing close to the middle of the stage. He scans the crowd for no real reason, with a nasty look on his face as Robby Jirkeff steps out of the back. Just as Jirkeff steps up beside him, Racks continues walking along side. Both wander to the ring, with Jirkeff generally acting indifferent to the boos they're receiving, while Racks it going back and forth from either side of the ramp, pointing and shouting things in German. The two arrive at ring side,

Biography:
Robby Jirkeff and Tommy Racks are brothers of part German heritage, which they often play up, going with a Pro Germany / Anti America gimmick. The two are brothers to a variety of other wrestlers, including Billy the Kid. They joined Reign Inc as part of Billy the Kid's 'Regulator' stable consisting of all of his siblings, and at one time Snake. After the Regulator stable disbanded, they continued to use the tag team name. Later the two were recruited to a stable known as 'the New Axis,' being lead by a large German known as Richter Krug, after Krug's previous incarnation of the Axis had to disband as per the requirements of a match that they lost. The Regulators were called to the matches as both the Regulators and the New Axis during that point in time. The two have won at least four tag team championships together. Following the downfall of Reign Inc, William Reign called upon the duo to act as body guards and occasional punishers for the unruly.

Double Team Finishing Move: Regulations
Description: Three part combination
- Part 1: Racks Attack Move (shoulder block / clothesline / spinning wheel kick) to opponent as Jirkeff holds in a bear hug. When attack hits, Jirkeff drops with a spinebuster.
- Part 2: Jirkeff, still holding the legs, turns over into a boston crab. Racks rebounds off a set of ropes to a side of the opponent/partner, and hits an attack move (non-flipping senton / leg drop / ric flair style rolling knee drop)
- Part 3: Jirkeff leaps back so his feet lands in front of the opponent, grabs opponent's head and flips over in a deathlock. Racks rebounds off the ropes in front of the opponent and lands a basement dropkick.
